Report a Broken Link
Since we link directly to manufacturer sites, URLs occasionally change when vendors update their infrastructure. If you found a broken link, please let us know so we can update it immediately.
What to include in your report
Share the DriverUpdateMax page you were reading and the destination address that failed. A short note about what you saw—such as a 404 page, an access-denied message, a redirected product page, or an outdated instruction—helps us reproduce the problem without asking you for personal information. If the issue is not a link, you can use the details field to point out an inaccurate device name, changed Windows menu, or unclear troubleshooting step.
Please do not include serial numbers, account credentials, screenshots containing personal information, or private support tickets. We only need enough context to verify the public page and make a correction. DriverUpdateMax does not host driver files, so reports about a vendor download should identify the official destination rather than attach the driver package itself.
What happens after submission
The editorial team reviews reports against the page and the official source. If a destination has moved, we replace it with the appropriate public support link. If the issue is a factual or usability concern, we check the relevant documentation and update the guide when warranted. We may not be able to respond to every submission individually, but verified fixes are incorporated into the affected page and, when relevant, noted in the site changelog.
