DriverUpdateMax does not currently participate in any affiliate program, and no link on this site earns us a commission. We keep this page published so our position is on the record.
If That Ever Changes
Should we ever add affiliate links (for example, to hardware a guide discusses), they will be clearly labelled in line with FTC guidelines, this disclosure will be updated first, and the change will be noted in our public changelog.
Editorial Independence
Our troubleshooting guides and recommendations are not influenced by commercial partnerships. Coverage decisions are based on common reader questions, device-driver relevance, and the availability of reliable technical sources.
No Paid Rankings or Download Commissions
Manufacturers and software publishers cannot pay for a higher position in a guide, a favorable comparison, or a download button. DriverUpdateMax does not host software and receives no commission when a reader uses Windows Update or an official support site.
